everybody knows that its hard to lose weight so i should say that there is NO FAST result for that except for a lypo but its expensive. if you want a healthy result, you need to do a lot of efforts and it will take time to see the result.

1. you need to have goal and fix your mind to do it. dont be lazy. if you stop, then nothing will happen.

2.you need to reduce and watch for what you eat. i mean no sodas, no alcoholic drinks, no junk foods/fast food, no oily/fatty foods etc...

3. eat only healthy foods like fruits, vagetables and drink a lot of water at least 8 glasses a day. you may also reduce your salt intake to reduce the weight/fat on your face.

4. you have to at least start from jogging (for start) or you may also go to gym. they can assist you and recommend you which type of machine is better for you according to your needs.

5. DONT take diet pills! they DONT work and they are harmfull for your body. i know because i've tried. i've proven that exercise is the best and healthy way to lose weight.

marching the parades and running the show till its perfect realy slims u down

Weight watchers is good. But those diet shakes if stuck too with a good exercise routine can be very quick to work. Just watch the weight doesnt come back on twice as fast and as much.

have you ever heard of DDR(Dance Dance Revolution) for PS2? There is an exersise mode. You can set it to how many calories you want to burn of for how long you want to dance. Just do it for 30 min every day. Its fun, easy and healthy.

Drink 1/2 your body weight in water every day, eat protein, veggies, fruits, and fats. Cut processed carbs for a few weeks and exercise everyday. Take a good multi vitamin and get some rest....The pounds should come off fast and easy. No special pills or diet tricks needed...just good ole fashion common sense....

i think you should go jogging at least everyday. also do some sit ups. drink alot of water. don't eat alot of sweet. eat alot of vegetables and friuts. you should only eat three meal a day and not more. i hope i help. good luck!!!!

decrease your calories, not to the extreme, make the ones you eat healthy and exercise. The question is do you really need to loose weight or do you need to tone the weight you have. If you get on a good exercise program you won't need to decrease your food (unless of course you are eating way too much) just make it better. Cut out the junk food.

Stop eating meat, poultry, fish and fowl......Eat organically....Fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts and grains....Walk at least an hour every day or at least 5 days a week. ....No soda, or punch. Preferably spring water.....It's not a diet it's a way of life....Diets don't work.

eat less food .especially less high calorie/fat food. switch to low calorie alternatives e.g skim milk instea d of whole milk . diet drinks etc. and take more exercise and remember if it aint in the house in the first place u cant eat it.best of luck

Try this, eat for breakfast what you would eat for dinner and vice versa. In other words, something hearty for breakfast, a healthy lunch and something light (like fruit or cereal) for dinner. Unless you only want to lose a very small amount of weight. In that case, go to the toilet and empty your bladder and bowels - done! Then don't eat or drink for a couple of hours.
