I had the exact problem so i have to say drink plenty of water,it helps detox.Try doing some stretching, especially in the morning and do some belly dancing and try pulling in your stamach,It really does help!

Simple, so simple.
Move a little more, eat a little less.
Nothing else works.

Edit: That said, you're a fairly healthy weight for your height. You should weigh anywhere between 8 and 10 stone approx, so 8 stone 11 pounds is fine.

I would also say that you can keep the same lifestyle you have now, but twice a week go out for a half-hour run. That's what I do, and it's enough. You don't even particularly have to change your diet, you'll naturally feel like eating less.

Eat less and excercise more its that simple !

Being healthy, eating sensibly, and, WORST OF ALL, exercise. Probably sit ups would be really good for you as they concentrate on the belly area. Drink lots of water and eat lots of fresh food, including lots of fruit and veg. Walk instead of taking the car or bus. Use stairs instead of the lift or escalator. Be careful and sensible.

if you're really serious about losing weight, you should check out http://www.health-booster.info has some great information on fat loss.

Exercise

Simple, Exercise and eat more healthy. If your that serious about losing weight buy an exercise video/dvd.

It must be your diet...cut some fat out your diet. You might be naturally slim..but still eat alot. Start watching what you eat and increase you cardio a bit. Do some more ab workouts ..pilates are the greatest because they help pull everything in and keep everything tight.

Here is what you need to cut out of your diet or limit.
-sodas they are empty calories and just add fat.
-also juices try to limit 1 cup of o.j. has as much sugar as a can of soda.
-fast food. they provide no nutrients and terrible meals they do have healthly selections at all fast food stores if you pic those you will do much better.
-junk food is also empty calories its ok now and then just don't over do it.
Here are foods that you can indulge on.
-veggies since they are so healthy for you and provide you with many nutrients the calories in them are meaningless.
-water!! you should drink64oz. a day at first you will pee alot but then you will get used to it.
-when eating meat try to eat chicken because it is the best.
other tips
- try to have baked foods not fried.

For some reason..running really helps me when my stomach starts to get too pudgy.

keep eating, and do loads of excersize, this will speed up your metabolism and you can eat as much food as you like, this may take a while to work though, about 3 months before you see a change.
You can diet all you want, that will only slow down your metabolism and you will get fatter.
I turn all my fat into muscle, i weigh 15 stone but im tall so you wouldnt think it and i bulk it all into muscle, testostarone helps me do this..
i used to be fat and so i just ate more and worked out, and it worked, i could eat 3 large donna kebabs in a row and not be full, and wouldn't gain anything!

Unfortunately you cannot target your weight loss to lose fat from a particular body area. Therefore, if you want to change your belly, you will have to lose weight. You can do things such as situps and crunches but they can only tone the muscle underneath the fat, and therefore the effects will only be visible once you have lost weight from that area.

As far as losign weight, it is just the classic case of using more calories than you consume (either by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both).

A very Sensible and true answer! :)

one thing that worked for me was to do crunches. some people get them confused with sit-ups. the two are way different. sit-up don't work your abs and have little affect on them. crunches work your abs. anyways... the way that i did crunches was with my legs raised at a 90% angle (bottom half of legs parallel with the floor). i did them without a using a chair to rest my legs on because it made it more difficult without the chair. if you don't understand what i mean then it will explain it better at the website that i have included! i also did other core exercises which can be found here:

they all really worked for me so i hope that they work for u!

I suggest you try a cleansing diet. I did and lost 12 pounds quickly and 32 pounds in a month. Cleansing works by removing toxins from the body to restore metabolism and get everything working right again. I have more energy, sleep better and have more lean muscle on my body. you can get info toll free at 1-877-587-4647 or online at http://thebestcleansingdiet.com
