Adding a PM jog to my AM routine...will it do anything?!

Question: Right now I hit the gym from 5-6am (weekdays) and do a 20 minute warm up either on the x-trainer or the tread. Then 30 minutes on the circuits, and 10 minutes stretching afterwards. My goal is not so much to lose weight, it's to lose % on the fat index and gain lean muscle. I'm wondering if a 20-30 jog on the tread after work 2-3 times a week would do anything to help towards my goal or if I would be wasting my time (or overdoing it). Any ideas? Weekends I rest (or go use their pool).

Yes, this will definately make a difference. Go to
http://www.caloriesperhour.com/ and type in your weight and the distance you run. It will show you how many calories you are burning. Every calorie counts!
