I definately suggest pilates!!! I bought this video made by Gaiam...and it is AMAZING. It works your abs sooo much...and you don't break a sweat-- which is fine! As for legs and arms...I suggest more repetitions with lighter weights to tone your body rather than increase muscle mass. Squats are always good. I suggest "CRUNCH" videos as well, because you can buy them to target specific areas. I live by these videos!!! Good luck!

do dips and pul ups...they will tone your whole body...give em a try

lunges, chair lunges, wall sits. push-ups will help alot but u cant just do normal. u have to do a lot of variations. you can do scissors.. (lay on your back hold one leg straight up then other leg couple inches of floor, then after 3 seconds switch so other leg is up.. so on) also just eat healthy foods for excess body fat =]

the plank position is a good one for arms, abs, and legs. lay on your stomach like you're going to do a push up. push yourself up onto your toes and forearms and hold it for as long as you can. great core exercise

well pull ups are proven to build up your abs, peks, arms, and shoulders.

as for legs you can do a certain type of pull and yet work out your abs and *** at the same time :)

what you do is elevate your legs in the air and when you pull up make sure your knees touch your chest.
then when you release and go back down make sure that your legs and feet are still elevated off the ground.

Pilates is great for core strength. If you want to see your abs and cant, nothing will help you though. You must do cardio to remove the layer of fat thats there.

Legs.. running is great. Especially running hills.

Arms.. well, there are about a million exercises and most work. Heres a tip - most people work their biecep in an attemp to get bigger arms, but the bicep makes up only 1/3 of the upper arm muscle mass. The tricep makes up 2/3.. so must get alot of attention if you want to get bigger. Preacher curls, arm curls, concentration curls are good for biceps. Tricep press (benchpress with hands together), skull crushers and bent over rows are good fro triceps.

I have found walking at a quick pace for 20 minutes a day gives is a good fat burning workout in general. Then to target a stubburn area I like the workout DVDs from various fitness instructors. I know several people who swear by Pilates and I do think it wouldn't hurt to try it. If you have access to a swimming pool, swimming works several muscle groups and can tone without bulk.

Do cross leg sit-ups. Lay down on your back, cross your ankles and spread your knees apart. Now do a crunchy, about 10 inches of the floor. Hold for a count of 5 and concentrate on you ab muscles, contracting them as hard as you can. Then go down and repeat. If you hold the count and concentrate, you will only be able to do about 10 to 15 crunches. This type of exercise works the abs instead of the hip flexors.

You can do bench, squats, and curls to start the rest of the exercises.
