Some good Cardio advice needed Please!?!


Question: I am in good shape and I eat a good diet of nutritious foods but i have love-handles that i want to get rid of. What good home cardio exercises can I do? I jog for 30 min. 3 times a week and do pushups/situps each day too. What exercises can erase these love-handles?

You're going to have to kick it up a notch. In order to get rid of those annoying love handles, you have to burn more fat. You can do this by increasing your cardio--you should do your cardio 5 to 6 times a week and incorporate a weight routine 3 times a week to accelerate fat burning. At the same time, try doing a really great ab routine focusing on all ab muscles, but including exercised for the obliques. Try crunches, reverse crunches, bicycles and side knee drops.

buy a video that concentrates on the abs,or a magazine article that shows you what exercies to do and how many it will work all of them. situps are just working the front, not the obliques or love handles. you have to work all of the muscles of your stomach if you want a tight toned tummy front and side.
