Hi every 1 im evil and im 15 im trying 2 lose weight i wonna get down to 7 or 8 !


Question: i started at 10st and i managed 2 get down 2 about 9st 1 1/2 but i wonna b a jockey so i need to lose weight and i lost some but i can not shift any more so please please help me if ya can thanx xx

Follow these little rules and you should get to where you want to be!

1.between each bite, put down your fork and take a sip of water.(makes you eat slower which makes you eat 15% less during each meal)
2. if your still hungry after a meal, wait 20 minutes and you probably wont be, (if you are, then you can have a little more, you dont wanna starve yourself!!)
3.when you want soda or juice, drink water (flavor water iis good too!)
5. NO eating junkfood, NO eating after 7:30pm, NO starving yourself
4. run, walk, jog, bike, exercise for 30 minutes a day. (make sure to stretch before exercising!)
5. eat healthy (frozen veggies are as good as organic ones, and they are easy to prepare and cheap!)

Make sure you eat healthy foods and do some exercise.\

Eat less... exercise more.

Eat fewer calories than the amount that you burn....you lose weight that way.

if u eat ur food slower then u will find that ur full quicker...so u eat less and havin snacks puts on weight

thats not evil .ahhha um drink about 7 or 8 glasses of water and day {that helps} and find out how many calories you should be eating. dont eat junk.
