My 2008 resoltion to weight loss (the 1,2,3 plan)?!

Your doing good! Starting realistically.
Remeber you are what you eat and right now there's alot of jive out there about calories. For example, ketchup. Its bashed for having calories. But it doesn't have FAT. Its the saturated fat calories that stick to the, well, they stick and are hard to weed out of the diet. So ketchup is actually good, so put go ahead use it.
Look at all your foods that way, too. You are what you eat and if your foods are always 25% calories from fat, you will be made of 25% fat eventually, too. You can go lower by eating more nonfat foods like raw vegetables.
Another Tip: dip your vegs in the dessing instead of putting it on top and you will use less dressing! And enjoy more flavor!

PS - go by clothing size or waist measurements and not weight. Beefcakes weigh alot but look good!

Oh, the water: you might want to drink that all earlier, a few hours before bed if you don't want to be up all night. Rest is important for weight loss too.

That sounds like a good plan, but I recommend drinking water with lime/lemon because I know this women, she drank it everyday for 1 months and she lost like 15 pounds. So I'm trying it now and hopefully it works :]

Congrats, its more than most of us can say! But 3 bottles of water before you go to bed? You will be waking up all night peeing? Beware, lol :)
