Weight Loss Advice!! Help! especially those with experience!!!?!

Question: I am a mother of two with an office job, meaning I sit on my behind at work all day. My job and hectic home life is so mentally taxing I am left with no free time and especially no energy for dedication to a consistant excercise plan. I am not "overweight" by any means, but I have just enough extra fluffiness to hinder my motivation....

what are some suggestions on:
~Intial system cleansing to get me started
~Safely boosting energy
~Maintaing good eating habits in a home full of skinny minnies who love junk food

and any other suggestions you may have...

I have been improving my diet and lifestyle for the past year. I have lost over 50 pounds. Basically reduce your calorie input and increase calorie output will get you your results!

1. incorporate a walk into your day (I do mine at lunch then eat at my desk)
2. Find low calorie meals that interest you (I found that the "ethnic gourmet" has some options that are under 300 calories and are more interesting that some "diet meals"
3. Indulge in what you want occasionally. If I said I would never have a coke float I would die..lol A couple times a month for your splurge should help you maintain your vigilance.
4. Incorporate things you want into your diet. (I like to relax w/a couple beers, so I figure 2 light beers in my daily intake. Also, my DH LOVES Ice Cream... I often make a mini sundae when I make his. one spoonful of ice cream, dab of topping and whipped cream w/a cherry!
5. Don't let failure win! If you have something you shouldn't.. just go back to your plan immediately.. don't kill your whole day because you ate a donut in the morning.
6. If your family is supportive, make them "hide" thier junk food from you or do without. They can certainly get their fix on this stuff away from home. My husband doesn't have a weight issue.. but we don't have junk food around to tempt me.

I joined Weight Watchers last January and had lost 55 pounds by September (when I made Lifetime). If you are too busy & can't make it to meetings, you can join online for $17/month. If you follow it, you will get results.

Good Luck!

IDK... I'm in the same boat but with 4 kids (twin 4 yrs old to boot)... I'd love to get advise so if you receive any good tips please pass on and let me know :o)

before you get home, pass by the gym. don't see the face of home, till you have been to the gym. pay for an expensive one the first month, so you get value for your money. at least set days of the week, or every day of the week that you can go.

God bless, good luck.

NO TIME I DON'T BELIVE THAT

I am a professional weight loss and health instructor and have helped numerous people in losing weight....the safest and most effective way of losing weight is through cleansing
