3 day tuna diet?!

tuna is great for you... i've never heard of a 3 day diet though? anything like that is not going to be effective. Tuna is great for lunch because it is filled with protein, but you need more than just that in your diet.

It must work - I didn't try it, but it looks like protein diet. Why 3 days only? You will lose probably 2-3 pounds of water and empty stomach, but then? Starting to eat again, you will recover easily...
The problem is not to lose weight, bu to keep the new weight.

i never heard of that! maybe i should try it. but i dont want a quick fix and then gain more weight

i would suggest........

BREAKFAST -
egg whites
? glass of orange juice

LUNCH -
tuna fish w/ low fat mayo
one slice of whole wheat diet bread

DINNER -
salad with low fat dressing

DRINK -
cold water (8-10 glasses speeds up metabolism)

You will be consuming no more then about 400 calories so if you run about 30min. every night you will probably drop about 8 pounds a week.
