13 years old and only 105 pounds!!! How to gain weight fast!!!?!


Question: Im a 5'7 13 year old male and i only weigh 105lbs. I want to join the football team in august but nothing i try helps pack on some muscle. Please i need some help.

I am 5'8 i weight 140pounds i used to weigh 120 pounds i gained weight DURING football season because every day after practice i would be very hungry and i would just eat alot usually mexican food because there is a mexican restaraunt by my practice field and at the same time i was gaining speed.After the season i went back to eating normally and lost 5 pounds. So to gain weight exercise and eat alot afterwards especially if you have a fast metabalism because I do. Metabilism is even though you eat alot you barely gain a pound.

eat cake.
and chocolate.
drink lotsa milk too.

just eat until you crash...I did and im supposedly on a diet.

eat crayons and deoderant.

Get up to about 140-50 (if possible) Then bulk up.
To Gain weight, dont pig out on unhealthy foods like chips and ice cream..try doubling up on healhty foods.
Weight lifting will bulk you up if you're already skinny!

eat mcdonalds every meal

you could be a cyclist instead

Have you ever seen the movie super size me? If you haven't I recommend that you see it and do exactly what that guy did for a whole month. I will assure you that your *** will be giggling after a month.

I gained weight by drinking lots of milk. If you are not lactose intolerant that might help you gain a few pounds. Those drinks like Ensure, etc. help you get a healthy appetite and perhaps gain weight. Your best bet is to consult a doctor.

Well, I am 13 aswell and I am 116 pounds and I am not trying to get any larger. Some of my friends are a lot heavier than me like one of them who is 180 pounds and only a couple inches taller than me. I am sorry that I can not help you put on weight but why do you want to anyway?

dont eat bad food like cake, your just going to be unhealthy and probably wont weigh to much more.
if your live with your mom you probably dont get as much meat, but go stock up on meat and put it in your freezer.
you probably weigh less because either you dont eat much or you dont eat vitamins or healthy foods, at your age since your metabolism is so high it wont help to eat fatty foods your body will just poop it out u need to eat healthy foods and vitamins that will stay in your body.

Eat a lot of protein and good carbs as well as work out 2-3 times a week.
