What percentage of your calories do you want from carbohydrates? If you are following a 'standard' Western diet, the distribution is generally 30% of calories from fat, 20% from protein, and 50% from carbohydrates. Ergo, if you're eating 1500 calories, you would be eating 750 carbohydrate calories, or 185 grams of carbs. If you're trying to do other percentages, here they are:
10% - 150 calories, 40 grams
20% - 300 calories, 75 grams
30% - 450 calories, 110 grams
40% - 600 calories, 150 grams
50% - 750 calories, 185 grams
60% - 900 calories, 225 grams
70% - 1050 calories, 260 grams

You don't want to go any higher than about 60% carbs, though, or you're going to throw your blood sugar out of whack.

Im just guessing here, because the carbs in foods varies WIDELY im saying around 100-200 carbs. which is ok if the food your eating is healthy.
