Rate my lap swimming workout.?!


Question: I am currently swimming the following in 45 min...
100 breast
100 free
150 breast
150 free
200 breast
200 free
100 breast
100 free
150 breast
150 free
200 breast
200 free
so a total of 1800 or one mile.
I rest inbetween each set.

I am thinking of repeating this a second time later in the day but have not done that or starting to lift weights.
I am trying to build and tone muscle, but I dislike weights...

Sugjestions and comments please.

very good....however i was just curious as to why you are not doing any backstroke or butterfly....if you added that to your workout it might make it a little more interesting and it would give you a more well rounded workout...also, if you are on a swim team i would recommend another 1/2 mile at least...if not keep up the good work!

ummm my little brother whoz ten does a similar distance to dat but with much harder sets with no rest
he'z good but nothing special
i recomend do some hard 25mz racing the clock eg every 20 secz
