YOU WILL PUT YOUR BODY IN STARVATION MODE, AND WHAT IT DOES, IS IT HOLDS ON TO FAT, BECAUSE IT NEEDS THE CALORIES (YOUR NOT PROVIDING) TO SURVIVE, AND YOU WILL NOT LOOSE ANY WEIGHT.

5-6 small meals throughout the day.

yes, your body will just lower your metabolism, so you only burn the amount of calories that you usually consume, and it will try to store as much fat as possible to keep you alive when famine hits( your body assumes this will happen, because why else would you not be eating?) With your metabolism shot, if you ever start eating more than just dinner, you will gain weight.
