well i think you can buy the powder for $10 to $20 at walmart but you have to be 18 to buy it. You would have to go to a nutrition store to buy the liquid and i think the liquid you put under your tonge so that your glands soak it up so that it bypasses your stomach and goes through your bloodstreem and all it really does it boost muscle recovery time. but i think if you go to a nutrition store it would cost 30 at least.
