How much would I lose per. week?!

Question: In the morning I will eat fruit. At lunch I'll eat soup and for supper I will eat Oatmeal. And a grenola bar as a snack! I'm eating at every meal probably not soo much calories but I'm full after that. Am I not eating enough calories or will this work?

And I usually workout 2hours a day, I really want to lose 10pounds and get muscles!

Well I want to know if you think this will work? And how much calories i would be losing in a week?

Granola bars and oatmeal are packed with sugars and carbs read the labels. try eating 3 well balanced meals per day and snacking on raw fruit and veggies. If you are calorie counting you should be taking in at least 1200 cal per day if you are working out for 2 hours. Stay away from greasey fats, carbs (breads, pasta, etc) are harder to burn off eat good carbs ie fruit and veg. try making your morning meal the higher in calories than the rest of the day. Eat lean protein ie chicken beef, etc. dont eat after 8 pm drink 8 glasses of water a day to speed up your metabolism make it ice cold water. If plain water doesnt do it for you, you can add fresh lemon juice. Use cayenne pepper to also speed up metabolism.
10 lbs will only take about 2 weeks if you follow what i have said. If you have a sweet tooth like me try eating 10 choco chips that takes care of my choc cravings... good luck.

it is not healthy to eat that little. you need to eat more to have the energy to work out effectively. realistic goals for weight loss are in the 1-2 lb. per week range.

It isn't going to work for long... your working out for 2 hours, and burning off everything you eat.. your body isn't getting enough fuel. By doing this you will loose weight, but the minute you stop eating like this the weight is going to come right back... I dont think your going to want to be eating oatmeal for dinner every night :-)... and besides, oatmeal is filled with sugar and carbs, which isn't something you want before bed. Try eating lean proteins for dinner.. I like baked chicken (with lots of seasoning).. and Tilapia (small fish fillets).. and i'll also eat it with a salad. Try eating more veggies too... for lunch try packing some carrots and cucumbers... you can certainly eat more than what you are... as long as it's healthy.

Hope I helped :-) good luck!

You need 2000 calories per day, but not less than 1300. What you mention seems to be not enough, therefore not healthy.

You wont have 2 hours worth of energy eating like this. At breakfast, add 2 eggs or lots or egg whites. Put a snack between breakfast and lunch, like maybe a handful of almonds and yogurt. For lunch, if you must have soup, add in some grilled chicken or another lean meat and have a side salad. The granola bar is a fine snack, just make sure it has like a low sugar content. Eat a balance dinner lean protein/veggies/fruitorstarch. Your starch should be small such as 1/2 baked potato or a piece of low calorie whole grain bread. This is a balanced way to eat and the best way to maintain energy levels. You will lose 10 pounds in less than a month.
