if you don't eat meat you need some sort of protien which you can get from like beans and such. but if I had to guess you can lose probably 2-3 pounds a week

You need more calories in your diet... and for dinner, don't eat a sandwich... you shouldn't eat carbs past lunch time.. try eating turkey, chicken or fish... it's filled with protein and basically no fat.

How much do you weigh? That doesnt seem like enough food at all...you're going to starve and thats not the way to go

you should lose about 2 because i am doing almost the same thing and i have lost about 2 a week

I really wish people would do their research before asking questions like this because it would save time in having to say the same thing all over again.

Your plan is terrible. Without a doubt it will result in weight loss but it's completely unhealthy. In fact, you will eventually wind up gaining weight because of this.

You're doing too much with too little. You need balance not going to extremes in an attempt to lose the most weight possible. This leads to yo-yo dieting and you eventually wind up weighing 600 pounds and appearing on Maury Pauvich whining about how it's impossible for you to lose weight.

Yes, you need to cut calories but you're cutting close to the bone there. I doubt that you'd be getting the nutrition or the calories you need to survive on that kind of diet.

At no point should you be eating less than 1200 calories a day. And if you're still growing, no way it should be less than 1500. If you do go below these numbers you'll wind up stunting your growth because no proper nutrition = no growth. And you'll wind up starving yourself which means that once you start eating normally you'll regain all the weight you lost plus a little more.

This is what you should do. Eat sensibly. I'm talking whole grains, fruits, veggies and lean meats. Cut calories, don't eliminate them. Find out your BMR and your activity level and simply cut out 500 calories a day. Yes you will be counting calories for a while but eventually it will become second nature.

Then do cardio work for 1 hour a day 6 days in a row, preferably in the morning. On the 7th day, give yourself a little break and do light cardio like walking for about an hour.

Do this and you'll safely lose about 2 pounds a week. Any more than 2 pounds and you're just asking for trouble.

The best way to loose weight is to eat healthy and exercise. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, you need more then just fruit. Protein like eggs is perfect for the am, fruit, yogurt. As for soup, its FULL of salt! Seems like a good small meal, but it just makes you retain water and that means water weight and bloating. Turkey sandwich on whole grain bread, with a healthy snack, thats a good lunch. Salads are a great idea, but if you overload them with salad dressing it kind of defeats the purpose. It is actually recommened that you eat 6 small meals a day, it increases your metabolism so you burn more fat and keeps you from starving so you dont grab he quickest easiest thing to eat that may be bad for you.

As for exercise, if you arent doing any physical activity now, anything will help! Cardio will help you burn the first 10 to 15 lbs, but weight training burns 7 times more fat then cardio.

Goodluck!

I don't know how much this plan will make you lose, but it is only healthy to lose 2lbs/ week or less. People who lose more than that are seriously more likely to gain it all back plus some. As far as your program goes, I'd like to offer some suggestions. Please eat some protein w/ your fruit @ breakfast. Like an egg white or penut butter on slice of apple, or a handful of unsalted almonds. This will give you energy to get through until lunch, where the fruit will give you a burst of energy right away, then leave you hungry in an hour. Also, with all the exercise you are doing (which is great) you are going to need another snack like no sugar jello with fresh fruit or some babycarrots and low cal. ranch dip. That way you are not dragging w/ low energy & start to skip your exercise.

If you do all this, and you are still losing more than 2lbs. per week, add another protein to dinner. Good luck!!
