How on Earth do people drink 8 cups of water a day without going to the bathroom!
Question: Yes I agree, I drink more then a litre most days and I'm forever going to the loo it drives me mad but you have to keep Hydrated so you need to drink lots.

Um, I drink 16 glasses of water... and I don't really notice going to the bathroom a lot.... maybe your body is not used to it. have you been drinking sodas a lot before now...?
I drink it when Im bored. [Dont ask! ..and obv. when im thristy, an before meals

I feel the same way! I'm pregnant so I am really trying to drink a ton, but I still pee probably 3 times an hour. It doesn't help that I have a bladder condition either
their body is use to it by then. they started with drinking maybe 1 or 2 and built up. also they probably work alot so they sweat the water out
