Does rice have fat in it?!
Question: I'm not trying to lose weight, i'm trying to lose fat.
Answers: I'm not trying to lose weight, i'm trying to lose fat.
THE ONLY WAY TO LOOSE WEIGHT, IS TO LOOSE FAT!!! UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOOSE MUSCLE. RICE DOESN'T HAVE FAT, BUT IT IS A CARBOHYDRATE, AND IF IS NOT BURNED THRUGH EXERCISE, IT WILL TURN TO FAT.
Normal rice does NOT, although some rice, mostly exotic rice may contain abnormal amounts of fat, just think.
White rice is unhealthy.
Brown rice is healthier.
Every food has -some- fat in it. Rice has as little fat as anything. Just trace amounts.
Anyway, the simple answer to your question is no. Rice itself has no fat, it is total carbohydrate.
fat isn't everything you need to worry about. Even if you take in too much protein, you can get fat out of it. White rice has very little amount of fat. Even oatmeal has fat in it. They are not saturated fat. Basically any grains got fat.
Go for brown rice, they are healthy
only go for white rice right after an intense workout for post-workout energy and recovery.
