My personal trainer have always told me that in order for me to loose weight, it is important to maintain cardio for more than 23 minutes...After 23 min. the body will begin to burn fat and calories.
I ran my treadmill 45 min. ....It does not really matter at what speed ....only to maintain your cardio for more than 23 min. ...now...I ran for 15 min. at 8.0 then I reduce to 5.0 and I finish walking ....
I lost 29 lbs in one month and two weeks. I feel great...

well it's not enough to lose weight. It just about right for getting some daily activity into your life. You'll burn calories, just not enough to lose weight. but you might maintain your weight

well, if you aren'r eating 4000 cals a day...then yeah, that's an alright amount...try increasing the elevation or hopping on an eliptical to get your arms moving and increase your cal burning...

are you trying to loose wieght ??? or maintain 3000 cals =1lb
so if your trying to lose try diet to cut your intake down to half what it should be to maintain or 1300 cals a day but yes you will burn cals doing it that way just not as well as if you would do it strait thru even if you have to slow down dont stop basically the higher your heart rate the more you burn (cals) to put it in the simplest form/

///////if its a cramp you should stop if it is a muscle burning the only way to beat that feeling is to work thru it like i said start slower work up to a good speed it will do alot more for you//////as far as cals and just feelng better, if it is a cramp consider your diet again and sleep patern are you geting 5 to 8 hrs of sleep ?? good luck

OK personally i think so. mainly because of the treadmill you are using were you have to exert force. this treadmill makes you do allot more work for you exercise compared to the ones that move for you. yes it is enough to burn calories and some

Yo! It's certainly enough exercise for an average day of exercise but not enough to get fit or loose body fat.
To burn calories, you need to burn off more than you consume. So maybe you should run?
Goodluck! :)
