I need help with fatburners?!
Question: I have been working out for quite a few months now and haven't dropped as many pounds as I would have hoped. I do run every day but I want to lose more weight faster. I saw this fat burner out there and was wondering if anyone had taken it or knew someone who took it and if it works like they say it does. It's called Thermolean. Of course the reviews say it works, but I want to actually talk to someone who took this stuff.
Also, if you have any ideas as to other good fat burners that you know work from either your own experience or from someone you know, feel free to tell me.
Also I would need to know if it would interfere with me taking the medication Cymbalta.

Fat Burners do not work, they are loaded with caffene and other stimulates to make your heart pump faster. It will not burn fat for you, it will supress your appetite, but thats not good either if you are trying to lose weight in the long run.
Losing weight is not fast or easy, its a long road that isnt fun. Keep eating right and excersizing, you will see results eventually. Running is great for losing weight, your metabolism will eventually be really high and the pounds will melt off.
