Are there any healthy supplements out there?!

Question: I was wanting to find out if there were any healthy and nutritional food-vitamin supplements out there that actually work and make you feel better? I don't buy into the one-a-day, centrum, or any other supplement product like those. Those pills just seem to go through your body and don't do a thing to you. So I was leaning towards powder form products or liquid form because i would feel those would dissolve into your blood stream and body much better. I just need something that will help me feel better, give me energy and stamina to actually feel like working out because I need to, and something that will help me tone my body up. I am a 25 year old male and I want to start out the new year by taking better care of myself and would be nice to find a product out there that will actually do me good and not be a waste of money and time. Any honest and helpful ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and god bless.

Food is your best vitamin. The reason is that you need to get vitamins and minerals in their complex form with ALL the cofactors and from living sources that closely resemble your cell resonances.

Don't buy supplements in pill form. I have never found one that doesn't contain the immune suppressant and trans fat, magnesium stearate! They put at least 5% in each pill of the total milligrams totaled in a pill.

The only company I have found that has products that really work and are of the highest quality that you feel a difference is from the: www.healthline.cc (not .com). The reason is that the owner actually cares about everyone's health. These products have NO excipients or toxic tagalongs and are made from grade 10 herbs, not the grade 1 and 2 that you see in most pills. All their products are made in the full complex of the ingredients, not a single element. NO synthetics, but all from once living sources. And the "B" vitamins they sell are in their "end chain" form that you don't just pee out yellow pee like all the other "B" vitamin pills.

good luck

You probably are not going to like this but there are no supplements out there tht will help unless you have a deficiency already. Unfortunately, your body will only use what it needs and pee and poop the rest out. If you are looking for energy the best things to do are take an energy drink, pill, or shake or you can change your diet. Usually our diets are what determine our well being and how we feel. If you are eating too much protein and not enough healthy carbs (no chips, candy bars, or sodas) then you will feel tired. Sorry I couldn't give you a quick answer, but after studying nutrition there just isn't anything out there that will solve your problem. After exercising a while you willbegin to gain more energy.

Powders, liquids and capsules are better
Tablets do not tend to dissolve
Also avoid vitamins that have additives and binders
like stearates, palmetic acid and sorbate benzoate .

I have been taking B complex, ginkgo and antioxidents in the morning
alpha lipoic acid and amino acids and NAC in the afternoon
and magnesium, potassium, vitamin D3 and 2 mg boron at bedtime
These have given me a lot more energy than I had.

Also do a good digestion detox. A good one has milk thistle,
burdock, slippery elm and red clover.

well that is a difficult question I myself find that ginseng gives me alot of extra energy and it last. I also found just eating lots of fuit and vegie and drinking more water also helps and excersise also helps. To tell you the trueth there are many herbs and vitamins for different things out there what you really need is to leavel out your sugar levels and chromium some times is helpful with this also don't know if you are over weight or not but losing weight sure can help no from experience. good luck wolflady
