Do you think I'm dieting correctly?!


Question: Okay, I've been on a diet for about 3 weeks, now.
In the morning, I usually have an egg and some kind of lean meat, and a vegetable. I have a snack before I have lunch, which is like cheese (low fat) or I have celery or something. For lunch, I have some salmon or some kind of lean meat (chicken, turkey) and some broccoli and colliflower (without any butter) or maybe another vegetable. I have another snack if I am hungry, and for dinner I have some tofu.. without any soy sauce. Or, some kind of lean meat again. I go to the gym about 5 times a week and I do about 45 minutes of cardio and about maybe a half an hour of weights, and sometimes I swim.
I don't usually eat that much fruit because whenever I have a little I always want some more. And I try to stay away from bread, as much as possible.

Your plan is pretty sound!! The only thing I see wrong is the tofu!!! For no reason should any male ever intake soy products!!!!!! NO SOY!!
