I agree with the others, 3500 calories = 1 pound.

The best way to do this is to reduce the number of calories that you currently eat while also adding some cardio/strength exercises.

Reduce your daily calories by 300 -AND-
Do additional exercises to burn 200 extra calories a day

Lose 1 pound a week.
