Protein for 13 year old?!
Question: hi im a 13 year old who likes to work out and i was wondering im 5 foot 5 115 lbs how much protein and calories should i get per day? and one other small question at my age would you reccommed a workout plan for the week days

For you if you were working out you would probably need about 30-40 grams of protien a day! You could get that from 3 or 4 cups of milk plus other food!
As for exercise mabye 2 sets of 25 squats for your legs, 2 sets of 25 crunches (not situps!) for your abs, and if you wanna try a bench press I'd say probably 3 sets of 20 with 35-40 pounds.(?)
If you do this once a day for about 4-5 days a week, it should help your entire body over time! hope i helped!
