half a slice of pizza with 6 fries? i would say no, not too much at all. in fact, it sounds like you are starving yourself. Try the weight watchers plan if you are really trying to diet. its better because you don't have to scale down your portions. each thing that you eat has a point value, add up the points, and make sure you stay under or at your daily point value allotted. it works well and you don't have to starve.
but seriously, 1/2 slice of pizza and 6 fries? wow. 6?
no. your suppose to eat three meals and a snack. but that pretty good. you should of tried eating without ketchup.and the pizza.
you didnt eat too much....but you made bad choices...
pizza - even half a slice is bad -- no nutritional value~
...better choice
--carrots...a sandwich with whole wheat bread...tomatoes...lettuce...lean ham... and a 100% juice or water would have been better
hot dog -- no nutritional value...
better choice...
steamed veggies and rice...
the whole thing about a diet is...you dont starve...smaller portions...better choices...
c'mon girl you know better than that!~
you are supposed to eat 5 meals a day...small meals...
lets say for example:
breakfast: cereal -- no sugary stuff... 2% to fat free milk- apple (portions...cereal -- 1 cup and 1 cup of milk)
between lunch and breakfast: yogurt and fruit
lunch: a veggie...chicken salad...or a chicken meal
between lunch and dinner: a 1 cup of milk and something small like white rice and veggies
dinner: bbq chicken...small portions...and rice and veggies

edit: why dont you try bringing your own lunch...its better than the crap the schools are serving now-a-days
You've eaten approximately 900 calories so far (not counting dinner), but 59% came from fat, 26% from carbs, and only 15% from protein.
Of course, this varies depending on what brand of cereal, which kind of milk (whole, 2%, 1%, or non-fat), how big a 'slice' of pizza is, where the fries came from, etc.
