Good exercize routine for a girl on the go?!


Question: First of all I am not trying to lose weight, I actually want to gain muscle weight. I am a petite person and I am relatively skinny too. I am just in horrible physical shape and want to get fit. I am also a teenager who has a life and cannot spent 2 hours a day working out. I would need something that is easy to do and easy to fit in my daily routine. Any tips?

Do situps and pushups in ur free time and take a morning walk or something. Take steps instead of elevators. Good luck!!!!
