Question: Does the following make legs and thighs big ? cos my friend say yes. How true? its scary..

No, your legs and thighs won't get bigger. It might get slightly toned up or pumped after you first start, but without strength and resistance training you won't really gain muscles. Plus, to gain muscle mass you must also intake alot of calories and protein more than what your burn off.

I have a threadmill, but my legs aren't big....that sounds scary though

I would think yes, your muscles are growing.

well if you do these activities on a daily basis, you're more likely to get muscular thighs. in my own experience, as a child, i've had big thighs. the reason why is because i used to play sports like all day after school.

What I learned in school was that repititious light excercise is only supposed to TONE, make muscles firmer, and overlifting or straining tears the muscle tissue, which is what adds bulk, so as long as your not straining, I don't think it should.

No, when I ran, my legs became beautiful.

Stepping machine and treadmill are the same.

The two activities that have been so good for my thighs have been running and walking in the water.

I have heard tat exercises like yr followings do help ppl to slim down.But,some ppl oso said tat if u do the exercise like yr followings will make yr muscles grow bigger.

Yes, it's true.
Especially jogging at an incline level on the treadmill since when you place your feet while jogging on it, force is left on your leg causing the muscle to grow.

Depends, if you take lots of time, like exercise for 30 minutes to 1 hour twice a day, with light weights and fast repetitions you will tone up and lose bulk (fat).

Exercise briefly with sharp bursts and high strain and you will bulk up.

In both cases weight may actually -increase- but remember that muscle weighs more than fat.

It depends upon the body structure and not due the machine and exercise alone .
