I'm weight training and I eat alot of ground lean turkey-taco's with a lettuce wrap instead of taco, jerk chicken and steamed veggies, ahi tuna(protein, good fats and omega-3) with avocado n carrot salad, Shripm over lettuce with a little dressing, omlette with fresh salsa, Ju-Ju's turkey jerkey is really good, it's low fat and low sodium with tons of protein. I try to spice up my proteins with low or no sodium spices so I don't get bored.
