How many calories did I have?!


Question: Breakfast:
-Fat free yogurt(60cals)with a bit of bran flakes thrown in(maybe like 10-15flakes)

Lunch:
-Croissant that I filled with fat free cottage cheese

Snack:
-Pain au chocolat(sort of a chocolate croissant)

Dinner:
-A grilled chicken breast with a bit of steamed vegetables(although tthey had a bit of seasoning,maybe black pepper and garlic)
-A really thick slice of white bread(from some sort of french stick,but thicker)but not very large,just thick,lightly spread with margarine(not even half a tbspoon)

did you know a pain au chocolat has 265 calories and nearly 50% of your recommened saturated fat intake?!! stay away! and the other croissant would have been over 300 with the cheese. so thats about 600 + yogurt and bran flakes= 675 cals. chicken and veggies about 350? so we're at 1025. the bread and marg would have been 300 at least, probably more. so you're looking at 1325-1400. stay away from white flour-fat gain. have wholewheat bread which says the calories per slice, its usually 100.

I would guess like 1300 because crossisants are pretty high!

ah... depends on the chicken and the proportions, I would say you're right around 1000 with that, you need to eat more
