Yeah. Your bmi is considered an anorexics bmi[anything under 17.5 is]

You should slack off a bit.If you start to gain weight just go running a couple of times a week..

You dont havet to worry about being fit, your in great shape!

yes. you seem sick
that is not a healthy ratio at all

half everything and do them every second day.

s

i think it is to much... you will probly end up losing more weight if you keep going like that

If you thought it was okay, you wouldn't be asking....

dont eat sugary food you could get diabetes
eat healthy food
yes excercise
but you seem to be reallll thin
maybe underweight and you shouldn't over excercise
you should really tone instead of working on things that may make you loose MORE weight

This is great! As long as you're not continuing to lose weight, and you don't feel dizzy from lack of nutrients or from burning everything you intake, then I wouldn't worry too much. Pay attention to how your body feels, and if anything starts seeming out of whack, then I'd step it down a bit.

Lay off the sit ups. It's like an anorexic's work out. Read "Lost and Foud" (fiction...has a dog on the cover), and it has a girl named Melissa that's anorexic. It pretty much tells you what type of work out she does...and it's way intense.

The running isn't bad. 100 sit ups and 25-50 push ups should suffice...

when you're not trying to lose weight, but just trying to keep healthy, you don't have to do all of that. keep it simple, but at the same time, healthy. for example, instead of doing 500 situps, 100 pushups and 2 simple workouts daily, cut it down to maybe 200 situps, 50 pushups, and 1 simple workout every other day. and it's okay to treat yourself every now and again!

lol, I'm also 5'3" and about 95 lbs. I've ALWAYS been super skinny. But it does seem like quite a bit, what you're doing. Do you have any days off? If it were me I'd cut back a little bit, maybe alternate your situps/pushups/jillian with the running and yoga. But I'm not an exercise physiologist, so I guess I really don't know. But I know you should probably have a day off once a week or so to let your body rest.

You must give your muscles time to rest and grow...... if what you are saying is true....you are very underweight...you can still be healthy and eat loads...the way your metabolism sounds,...you would probably find it hard to put on weight anyway....get checked for hyper-thyroidism just incase....

you need to eat a certain amount of calories a day to maintain that weight and with all the exercising you are doing i hope you are eating enough calories
consult a professional if you want to gain muscle

I'm 5'4 and 97 pounds with a bmi of 16.6, so it's even smaller. lol. i don't think you're pushing yourself too far as long as you don't feel sick after working out. But if you work out, then you will need sugar to burn...so sugar is okay to eat. You're not trying to lose weight, so you don't have to watch what you eat very closely. If you do feel super tired after work outs, then do half of whatever you do now.

u are now underweight and should have bmi of atleast 28.5...and u are pushing urself tooo hard this the exercise and its ok to have some sugar...especially fruit and a candy bar or cookie wouldnt hurt sometimes...

yes you are working out a little too much you should cut back and only work out twice a week but u are short but you shouldn't weigh 97 ponds but at lest 120 you are too skinny don't be afraid to eat something its not like eating a hamburger is going to make you fat
