Questions on taking creatine, protein and nitric oxide?!

Question: im 17 and i just started taking creatine and nitric oxide and i some time drink a protein shake after. I am in weight training at school and i lift at my house. the brand is called 5 star muscle fuel. I was wondering how effective taking creatine and nitric oxide is? I am also wondering if i were to stop taking it if i would lose all the muscle. also when should i take the creatine and nitric oxide. (by the way the creatine, nitric oxide and the protein powder is all made by six star muscle fuel.)

Your body naturally produces creatine, and L-arginine. "Nitric oxide" is referring to the uptake of the amino acid L-arginine and the effect it has on relaxing blood vessels and increasing blood flow. You don't really need to take either one because they are both already present in your bloodstream and found in most foods you eat anyway.. You have to remember that the supplement industry is just that an industry. So, I wouldn't take either because you're just wasting your money, and especially the creatine because creatine is mostly sold in the monohydrate form which works by dramtically increasing insulin levels which can cause fluctuations in glucose. Your only 17, so the only thing I would take is a good protein after your workout, or eat a light protein meal with simple quick releasing carbs(like egg whites and honey).
