Question: be sure to drink lots of water. don't drink milk, juice, soda, etc.
make sure to eat lots of vegetables and cut down on fatty foods.
get some more exercise in. if you don't exercise a lot already, a short jog every day would help a lot.

run on the tredmill for at least 25 minutes 2 times a day.

there is no way to do that, the faster you loose weight the faster it comes back, you have to take it slowly, cut fatty, ready made foods from your diet. Go outside and run a bit to burn some fat, making small but life lasting changes...

Treadmill and stairmaster about 4 days a week,you will lose a lot of weight.

1 Get up every morning and run at least 2 miles.

2 then, go to the and work out for at least 3 hours

3 Befor you go 2 bed, do about 200 sit ups or more

4 Eat healthy foods, not any junk

Well, I need to lose weight to I just saw this site today, and you can sign up for there fitness program for free. I just did that today also, but you DON'T have to sign up if you don't want to you can just use there fitness stuff. It shows how many calories you lose doing everyday things so check it out. Thats what I am doing now!

Healthy food and exercise...I had a lot of success with the South Beach Diet, but it is torture to not eat carbs. Try to go to the gym or do cardio for 1 hour per day 3-4 times per week. It is best to go in the morning, since you will burn more calories and have more energy during the day. Bulk up your food with fruits and veggies. In the morning, scramble 1-2 eggs with plenty of fresh spinach, scallions, and a dash of shredded cheese. Wrap in a low-carb flour tortilla and top with black beans, light sour cream, and salsa. Or, you could make pancakes loaded up with fresh berries and organic fruit preserves. I just throw fresh blueberries and sliced strawberries into the batter and it is very tasty...no syrup or butter needed! My favorite thing for lunch is chicken salad. I make this on Sundays and Wednesdays and divide it into tupperware containers. Get a large bowl and a can of chicken. Drain the chicken and add it to the bowl. Cut up fresh celery, cucumber, and grapes (red or green) and add to the bowl. Next, add a mixture of half plain, non-fat yogurt and half low-fat mayonnaise (not too much but enough to coat the salad nicely). Finish with a generous sprinkling of roasted sesame seeds. For dinner, I enjoy just eating Lean Cuisines or Smart Ones, because by the time I get home, I am just too tired to cook and wash dishes. :-) For dessert, I like to have a See's chocolate lollipop...they are immensely satisfying and long-lasting or a small bowl of chocolate pudding made with non-fat milk. As far as drinks go, stick to water/sparkling water/diet coke. Logically speaking, this will save you a ton of calories. Good Luck!

the atkins diet worked great for me .34 lbs. in a month and a half and that was a year ago and have kept it off. Exercise along with it. Once you are on this you can find out what your glycemic index is and then you will know how many carbs a day you can eat before it starts building fat. Good luck.
