Exercise and eat right.

Stay away from fried foods, and foods with high fat content. I.E no mcdonalds, burger king, or fast food.

Eat a 1200 -1400 calorie diet, and exercise one hour a day for 5 days a week.

Eat foods such as chicken breast, turkey, fish, egg whites, (try to stay away from the egg yolks), anything wheat is usually really good for you (wheat bread & pita bread) Incorporate a lot of fruits and vegetables into your diet. Fish is also good. Try to eat three meals a day, or you can split up your meals into six meals a day. Stay away from trans fats, and stay on a low fat diet (20 grams per day). Oatmeal, and those healthy bars are good. For snacks, you can eat those 100 calorie packs.

As for lean cuisine for lunch, stay away from that. Lean cuisine meals have a lot of sodium on them which causes you to retain water.

There are also a variety of pastas now that offer whole wheat--just letting you know.

A sample lunch can include: a sandwich on wheat, with a bottle of water and a large apple. Breakfast could be oatmeal, or yogurt with fruit. Dinner could vary. You could bake fish, or bake chicken. Just stay away from junk food and greasy foods. Do not fight untill dinner. Eat healthy snacks. You can eat pop corn without better, celery, carrots, fruits, and soy chips.

For toning, you can do crunches, and push ups. For exercise take up running, swimming, jump roping or anything that works the heart. You can create simple workouts at home without a gym. (at first you might weigh more, but that is due to muscle weight) PS, try to exercise at least five times a week for a hour a day.

Good luck!

Remember to drink lots of water throughout the day to keep your body hydrated

This worked for me - I am a guy but there is an equivalent girl's program.

My weight is down and my abs are getting better (or so my wife says).

Good luck.

ive lost 10 pounds in 1 month just by eating more salads and working out 3 days a week for 1 hour. you could make it by june.

it's really gonna have to be a BIG change in lifestyle.
Try going vegan for a couple weeks and see what happens.
that means no meat no milk or dairy products...no eggs.

it worked for me

you could try weight watchers. that worked well for my mom. maybe get a personal trainer too.

I have lost 10 pounds in the last month just by walking 3-4 times a week and cutting down my portion sizes and drinking a lot of water like 4 water bottles a day. If you already drink that then I would drink that and a half. Cut out a lot of your soda and cany ice cream and sweets in generall. Pick one day a week to have a treat and stich to it. When you work out you run for a little bit like 2 minutes then you walk till your pulse is normal again then run for 1 minute and walk and do that till you get to 30 second of running and do it for how ever long you want 3-4 times a week. I am 5'2 and now 167lbs was 177

ok so i used to weigh as much as you do know and the same height. ok so you need to eat breakfast! it's the most important meal of the day and don't eat dinner because thats what makes you fat eating at night. try to run for an hour for atleast 3 or 4 days a week. trust me this works... GOOD LUCK!

okay. well, you could start off by joining a gym, but i know a lot of people are just not into the whole gym thing, so that's okay, but just remember to exercise! you dont have to run a marathon, just take a few walks here and there, jog, whatever youre into. eat three meals a day with minimal snacking, and what i find helps is to cut down your portions! if you normally eat a whole sandwhich for lunch, have half the sandwhich and a big glass of water to get full. drink tons of water and dont eat after dinner (around 7 or 8, i guess) so your body has plenty of time to digest and burn the calories you have just consumed. and cut out the junk food entireley! good luck.

and ive also heard on the biggest loser that if you are feeling hungry, you can have a big glass of water with lemon juice in it. the lemon juice helps curb the hunger feeling.

try weightwatchers, it worked so good for me and there is so much yummy food you can eat. i lost 20 lbs in about 2 months. im 5'5 and went from 155 to 135.

good luck

um, try ajusting you diet
to healthy fruits and veggies and protien

if you like cheese, try eating cottage cheese.

if you like beef, dont eat it, its unhealthy.
eat tuna, chicken and fish.
try eating in proportions?

i hope this helps

circuit training, or just go jogging twice a week at what ever time suits you best. If your not the jogging type a brisk walk for the same amount of time at 3 times a week would be benificial in losing weight. However you would also need to watch your calorific intake obviously, plus you should be drinking around 6 pints of water a day. The water drinking alone could see you lose 10 to 20 pounds in just a couple of months. Good luck, oh and by the way if you do acheive your goal send me a pic of you in said bikini and we'll call it quits. : )

Try picking up the Atkins New Diet Revolution at the library and read it. Once you have done that and understand the chemistry behind it... you will be on your way to a low carb lifestyle and you will be able to lose the weight without being deprived and without gaining it all back. That to me is the worst part about dieting...the gaining it all back. With low-carbing that doesn't happen if you choose it as a lifestyle. And I would rather give up a bagel than give up a bacon cheeseburger. Salads with regular dressings rather than all that low fat yuck. Reading the book will help you understand why it all works though...I wouldn't attempt it without reading the book.

Run everyday..... or swim those are one of the healthies sports you can participate in....
and don't eat to many obviously unhealhty foods, I think looking up calories /day is crazy, just my opinion lol

June is 6 months away...that is 10 pounds a month. Online you can find your weightloss daily calorie intake for your ht/wt and stick to it. Get creative with your food and make it taste good and still be healthy. If you hate exercise like I do just start walking alot...when you go to the store park in the back lot. Walk instead of drive. Make a healthy wrap for a sandwich and eat it while you walk at lunch. Stay away from NON-fat, is it tasteless and has no texture and will sabotage you quick. but LOW fat is ok. Even the diet stuff in moderation. Paste a big pic of the suit you want to wear on your fridge and cupboards. Have fun and don't treat weightloss as a punishment but an exciting part of your future.

Atkins is a great quick fix but you will gain it all back immediately if you don't follow it forever. It is too restrictive to do that. I did it and lost a ton but got bored. Gained it all and lost it all again just by being healthy and active and enjoying most foods in moderation.

Before you start any diet plans you need to do a body detox kit and then find the diet that work s best for you. Heres a great site that focus on a diet plan Called Transitions, believe me you wont be starving through out the day. It works great for me.

Heres teh name of the kit,
