Hunger is cause by your body not having enough nutrients not how much food is acctually in your stomach. eat alot of fiber (whole grain bread) that really fills you up. eggs are also one of the most nutrient dense foods per calorie you can eat. so east alot of eggs and whole grain fibers. also you dont need that much meat each day, for the meat you do eat try to stick to poultry like turkey and chicken as they are much healthier than Pork and Beef.

I have this problem too. For lunch have a sandwich. It fills me up.

When you get hungry drink an 8 ounce glass of water. Wait 10 min. then if you are still hungry eat. 90% of all "hunger" pains are you actually being thirsty. Also drink water when you sit down to eat. This will help you not eat so much.

Drink lots of water -- it will fill you up. Plus it has no caloires. If you drink a glass of water before you eat anything, you'll end up eating less. Also eat lots of fibre and protein. They fill you up.
