Unless you are 4 feet tall, 110 is a very thin weight. If you are worried about the way you look, try toning first, and don't look at the numbers on your scale so much. You can walk up and down your stairs to tone your legs and butt. Try doing it for 5 minutes non-stop, its super hard! Build up the amount of time you do it, it burns tons of calories, and gives a heck of a workout. You can do that for like 20mins a day, its free, and can be done in your house. When you are done with that, spend 15 minutes doing crunches, pushups, etc. All of those types of things you can do in the house and not spend money. Anytime you are watching TV and a commercial comes on, do some more crunches and pushups, leg lifts, etc.

For healthy snacks, I like fat free yogurt (90 cals), sugar free jello (10 cals), non-starchy veggies, and fruit. I loved doing the 0 calorie flavored waters too. Avoid fried foods. Most foods are fine to eat, but its only when you eat them in moderation!

exercise and eat healthy. can't walk outside then maybe borrow a exercise dvd and play it at home.

The safest way for you to lose weight at your age is to speak to your doctor and parents first to find out if you should lose weight and to get a healthy diet and exercise plan. In the meantime, go out and play some sports, dance, and have fun.

You don't need to lose weight unless you're two feet tall. Trust me. You need to give yourself time to grow into your body. At 13, you shouldn't be worrying about your weight unless you're severely overweight.
