Random binge eating days on my diet?!

Question: I've been on a self created weightloss program for sometime now...and i've lost about 15 lbs since september when I started. Here lately my weightloss has been more noticable, but i'm still not where i want to be. is skipping the gym sometimes and eating a lot on those days going to trigger weight gain? or should I be fine if i'm still going to the gym sometimes?

It will slow down your weight loss program. Maybe you are restricting yourself so much that you go crazy because you can't have the food that you want. You can eat what you want, just make sure you 1. eat the foods you want 2. eat it ONLY when you are hungry 3. chew SLOWLY and savor every mouthful to give your body time to ntoice when it is full 4. STOP WHEN YOU ARE FULL

yuukkkkkkkk

it probably wont trigger weight gain, but you wont lose weight either

eh

I'd say you should go to the gym whenever you can.

try working out at home when you don't go to the gym. If you eat a lot, eat things like carrots, celery, and salad. They have few, none, or negative calories! Do excersises in your spare time.

As you know from experience, the very occasional binge will not hurt your diet. You just get right back on it the next day.

As long as you eat well the majority of the time and exercise as often as possible you'll be fine. If you want to have an "unhealthy" day though, I would do that on the days you actually did go to the gym.

It depends on each person, because I have the hardest time gaining weight and I am so skinny, I hate that!

well if you have a diffrent number of calories every day i heard it is good for your metabolism....

but i would probibly not binge and skip the gym on the same day unless your rewarding yourself...

It is as simple as calorie in and calories out. It doesn't make much difference when you take them in they do need to be spent.
Eat healthy ....lots of fruits and veggies and exercise...even if it only standing up and moving to some music. You can lay in bed and tighten muscle in different parts of your body and help to strengthen them. Tighten, hold and release and repeat. Sit in a chair and lift both feet off the ground, hold and release and repeat. Stand between door frames and push on each side and get some resistance. push, hold and release.

No one has the excuse for not doing something.

Diet Plan Rules

#1- DON'T CHEAT
#2- GO TO GYM
#3- LOOSE WEIGHT

well, you might not gain weight by sometimes skipping the gym or eating junk, but it'll be a lot harder to lose weight.
Nobody's perfect. Everyone eats food they shouldn't sometimes.
You just have to get back on track.

it wont really hurt...and u wont be craving foods anymore...
