How do i know if i have anorexia?!

Question: The best thing would be to see a proffesional who can give you a propper diagnosis to determine if you have or not. There are also self-tests online, which can give you a likely diagnosis whether you may or may not be suffering with it

email me and describe yourself.. i.e. do youh obsess about your weight? can youh process food?

Most people think taht anorexia is jsut being afraid to eat but actually, it's a mental problem, more of a mental problem than a physical one.
An anorexic is actually afraid of food. Sometimes, foods like rice and noodles will appear to be worms, and beans will resemble bugs in the mind of an anorexic, so they are repulsed bythe look of the food, and lose their appetite.
I recently read a book about an anorexic patient and that completely opened my mind to what anorexia really is.
And it is not what most people think it is.
Some symptoms of anorexia are:
nausea (with or without fear of vomiting after eating)
fatigue
constipation
sores in the mouth or mouth pain
candidiasis
unappetizing food or change in food preference.
So there. Most people today think that being underweight means being anorexic, and actually forget that there are actually skinny people out there who were made that way.
