Why is this???!


Question: why do boys always go for skinny girls? im a bit overweight and struggling to get thinner (im doing steroids or taking drugs or any thing, just excercise and water) but the weight just won't come off, can i have some tips on how to lose weight faster, and how to get a guy? please. and. thank you.

Not all guys want skinny girls..sometimes it seems that way when you are young.. im not sure how old you are.. but i am overweight.. was more overweight b4 and when i started highschool i got a boyfriend and i go to an all girls school... it is possible.. some guys look past the extra flab.. and see whats great inside. Guys like that are hard to find but it is possible. I have a wonderful boyfriend now and i am still overweight... he loves me for who i am and he does find me attractive. But if you arent happy about yourself and want to lose some weight i am on herbal magic.. they have really helped me www.herbalmagic.com .... but to get a start on it now ... drink alot of water, do not eat food with salt and sugar... try not to eat alot of breads, pasta, potatoes, etc.. try and eat veggies and some fruit. I used to hate veggies.. well i still do but i learned to like lettuce.. i cut it up and drench them with red wine vinegar.. (salad dressing is fattening no matter what it says) and i eat them as if they were chips.. you have to get used to some things to make a change. I also eat grapefruit... i used to hate it but i realize it helps burn fat so i tollerate it anyways. Just dont give up.. and remember if a guy doesnt like you for who you are inside then he is not for you. You need someone who adores you and you will find that someone. Make weightloss all for yourself.. not for others. Just think of all the nice clothing you will fit into and then you can stick it to all the people who didnt like you before. Good luck

First things first- here is what you need to learn if you or any one is truly serious about losing weight -101 - WRITE down every thing that you eat and drink for 2 days (1week preferred) Now How much is JUNK -something your body really does not require - How much WATER did you drink (64oz min daily) , How many Carbs, How much was FAT - fast foods, How much was sugars -Sodas,How much was Fruits / Veggies,(natural sugars) OK!! Now you have a true base line to start doing something about your problem eating HABIT..
1. No Carbs - without raw Veggies
2. NO SODA - especially Diet types-Must stop all..
3. NO FAST FOOD >>NONE
4. All the raw Veggies with some Fruits you want.
5. Broiled, Baked, Steamed, (Meats) -NO FRIED
