Bikini body how???????????????!


Question: i really want to get a bikini body and im trying but its not working
i go to the gym everyday and workout and do about 60min of cardio and abb workouts and swim and do other machines and have been doing this since last summer but i really want to get a bikini body soon are they other pills or something can can help me or if i can talk to you through email or something.....my email is surfhottie09@yahoo.com

ok, follow these rules, and you will lose 40 pounds in a year!
1.between each bite, put down your fork and take a sip of water.(makes you eat slower which makes you eat 15% less during each meal)
2. if your still hungry after a meal, wait 20 minutes and you probably wont be, (if you are, then you can have a little more, you dont wanna starve yourself!!)
3.when you want soda or juice, drink water (flavor water iis good too!)
5. NO eating junkfood, NO eating after 7:30pm, NO starving yourself
4. run, walk, jog, bike, exercise for 30 minutes a day. (make sure to stretch before exercising!)
5. eat healthy (frozen veggies are as good as organic ones, and they are easy to prepare and cheap!)
6.get a good night's sleep every night

so i really don't know how u can't get bikini body if u visit gym reqularly. are u sure u exercise your body there, not just tongue? i've seen girls like u. cos i have delivered 3 children and due to my regular visiting gym (every day for 2 hours) i have bikini body all my life. just continue with gym, but start exercising your body

well if u have a flat stomach already all u need to do is a set of 15 situps 2 times a day. crunches and while u r walking swing ur arms back and forth. thats how i got my sexy body!

To much emphasis on looking hot (you're only 16), I'd bet it's in your head. If you work out that much you should be hot already. However it also depends on what kind of foods you intake. Be a young woman and enjoy your youth society has put too many expectations on looking good (so to speak).

ur 114 pounds...u dont need to lose weight...just tone up ur muscles...
