Body Issues..?!


Question: Please don't tell me that I need professional help..Because I don't. I'm 15 years old and weigh around 135-140. I feel so fat. And it literally sucks to see all these people who are in love with themselves. I just have no self-esteem. I hate my body. I hate my face, I hate everything. Everyone tells me no Amanda, you're soo pretty and your not fat. But I know I am. I have huge lovehandles and really big thighs..=[ And I just hate it, I just want to lose around 25-30 pounds, and build up some confedience. Just please no mean, or rude answers because talking about this kind of stuff..is sensitive to me..so please..keep the rude comments to yourself..='[

The best way to feel good about yourself is to be healthy. Eat healthy and exercise regularly. If you do this you will feel better and you can also lose some weight...although trust me...those weights are no where near being overweight. Just take care of yourself and don't compare yourself to other people. You have to learn to love yourself for who you are, everyone is different and you should be happy with the wonderful person I am sure you are.

okay 15 is a hard age and it will get better. first start with what you are eating, try to cut out all sugar, fast food, fried food, breads and pastas. drink alot of water, and walk or ride a bike. you must watch what you eat as well as exercise. i have been there and you can do it . also do not eat anything after seven pm. you need to learn to like yourself or you will never be happy. not everyone is meant to be a twig, just healthy. you are still growing and playing with your diet in an unhealthy manner, can stunt growth in certain areas. good luck.

Hey u look hott. Try not 2 worry and be patient. When u get older and mature ur gonna shed those pounds and u will be a very sexy and beautiful woman not a girl. I telling u the truth. I seen this happen so many time. Matter of fact i went to Highschool with this girl that no1 liked. Cuz she was kinda chubby and she wore glasses. A few years after we graduatde i seen this same girl, but now she was so hott it was crazy. So sweetie trust me u will change.

Do not be so hard on yourself little lady! First off, you are not that heavy! But if you are not happy with your weight, the best thing you can do for yourself is excercise and eat a better diet. And stop drinking any kind of soda, and start drinking water instead. Keep me advised on you're progress, and God Bless :)

Hey, I think your picture looks really cute. And I think you need to be more aware that a lot of girls would die to look like you. Appriciate what you have, if you can then you are more happier than 8 million people in this world, because most people who can be thankful are not.
