How do you shrink your tummy size and theigh size??!


Question: my waist size is 29 inches, my hip size is 35 inches....... and my theighs are 19 inches each...... i want my waist down to 27 inches and my hips down to 32 inches.... and i want my theighs down to 17.5 inches......... and lose a few lbs as well..........PLEASE HELP!!! and no diets please.....

Well, you have to do cardio and eat healthy to lose weight, period. Jog, bike, swim, etc. for 30-45 minutes 4-5 times per week at a pace that gets your heart rate up. Eat smaller meals througout the day, you probably know what healthy foods are, so I wont go in to that. Just to let you know, judging by your pictures you do not need to lose weight IMO.
