To lose fat, you have to burn off more energy (kilojoules) than you put into your body (food). You may be working out alot, which is good, especially the cardio but if you are eating alot then the exercise won't do much for your body.
This means that you dont nessacarily have to go on a diet but you have to watch what you eat, and it isnt about cutting food out, its about substituting it.
Fruits, and vegetables are always the BEST thing to eat, they provide your body with naturual sugar which creates HEALTHY fat and contain lots of vitamins. Also, they are low in Carbohydrates, and carbohydrates provide your body with the most energy, which is harder to burn off.
Carbohydrates like potatoes, pasta, bread and cereal give your body lots of energy which is important to exercise but dont overload on them.
Protein, such as meats and eggs will help with muscle development which im guessing you would be interested in. Although, no matter how much you work on your biceps, or abs, you wont see the muscle if you have too much body fat.

The best way to have a healthy diet is too have all of these things in balance, with maybe a little less carbohydrates? And defianately lots of fruits and vegetables, its the best thing for you without a doubt. Its different for every person but i think you have the excercise under control.

Remeber, cardio (running, jumping, anything that gets your heart moving) is the best for losing weight, whereas weights and crunches will only develp your muscles.

Good Luck :)

Try to eat less n excercise more
make full use of ur equipments...........

keep up the workouts but don't eat in the evenings. Make sure you get a good wholesome dinner and then dont eat anything after that. You'll wake up hungry so make sure you get a good breakfast.

To start off with, you want to work out only 4 times a week as you need to let your muscles grow. For the fat issue, I would look for a diet that suits your appetite.

I had the same problem last year. I would also work out about 5 times a week and was a little taller then you but what ever. You should start watching what you eat and go on a diet. also are you doing crunches and other ab workouts beside sit ups? also i doubt that there is much fat on your thighs. the best way to check is to stand up normally and feel your thighs. if their tight then there strong. if there is some what fat then theres nothing to worry about. you just need to a little more leg work. doing a sport that works out your whole body is a great thing to do to loose weight and fattage. like swimming. many people think that loosing weight is only about working out but its not.....good luck to you!!

Ensure you expend more energy than you consume. Decrease calories from clean foods, gradually.

Wat does your diet look like?
