Is this a good diet? Help needed please!!?!?!

Question: Breakfast: Nothing but 1 glass of water.

Snack: 1 piece of fruit + glass of water.

Lunch: ( Around 12.30pm)
EITHER:
*Tuna + Cucumber Sandwich
* Tub of salad ( home-made with no dressings)
* Jacket potato with salad + tuna
+ Glass of water.

Snack: 1 piece of fruit + glass of water.

Tea/Dinner:
Either:
* Jacket potato with salad + tuna.
* Chicken breast, vegetables, mash potatos.
* Pasta with tomato sauce
* Garlic chicken kiev + low fat chips
+ glass of water.

Snack 1 hour before bed:
1 piece of fruit + a glass of water.

Then throughout the night:
1 glass of water.

Thanks.
How much weight would I lose following this meal plan?
Also, if there is any changes I should make, do say.
On top of that food, I'll also be walking 4 miles, and doing a work-out video for 30 minutes.

Thanks, I shall choose a best answer also.

No this is a very bad diet plan, you've fallen into every trap.
You have to eat breakfast to lose weight, you simply have to otherwise you metabolism will slow down and enter starvation mode, meaning those jacket potatoes and sandwiches are going straight into fat storage.
Secondly, the best diet would be to have a carbohydrate breakfast then no more carbohydrates after that, excluding fruit of course.
Lastly, instead of not eating for an hour before bed, it is better to stop eating after eight, this aids digestions and will help you wake up with a flatter stomach.
Apart from that, your exercise plan is great, i hope you can keep up with it and lose the weight you want.

I say you should cut the fruit befor bed and have it with breakfast instead so you are not so tierd and groggy untill your next meal. that is just what i would do good luck!!!!

NO! you need to eat healthy! you need breakfast. there are good things to eat for breakfast! Eating breakfast gives you energy throughout the day and more energy is good.
besides it is never good to diet! If you want to be healthy or lose weight look at the food pyramid and see what you need to be eating and excersice 30 minutes a day about 4 days a week.

you HAVE to eat breakfast.
if you dont eat breakfast your metabolism slows WAY down and it is hard to lose wieght.
i would suggest making breakfast your biggest meal and get smaller from there
i have lost 25 pounds so far and i NEVER skip breakfast

NONONO... breakfast starts of your system, always eat a good breakfast, maybe like an egg sandwhich... then you dont have to eat that snack and maybe lunch, or just have a thing of fruit or salad for lunch, then dont have snack just go to dinner and eat... if you work out then you wanna make sure you eat carbs before, protein after

Breakfast is called the most important meal of the day for a reason. Check with Web MD or a site like that if you;re embarrassed to see a real doctor. Only a doctor can advise on diet effectiveness/worthiness. Don't risk your health over a bikini. Your plan seems carb-heavy. Try more green veggies over added starch, is what I think.

It's a rubbish diet
Wheres your breakfast?
You wont lose weight wihout it.

You need to have more fiber in your diet. In the morning eat some raisin bran or bran flakes. I suggest that you include that with breakfast. The rest of your meal plan looks good.
