PLEASE READ:: Trying to lose weight & flatten my tummy? Please answer and help m!

Question: Had a baby a year ago now I want to get back my size before the baby. I am currently 155 pound, 5'6 and I want to weight 139 pounds again. I have flat around my tummy from having the baby (before then my tummy was very flat) Should I lose weight first then start trying to flatten my tummy or do my sit-ups now while i'm trying to lose the 16 pounds? Please give me all the advice I need.

You need to exercise as you lose your weight. That is the only way you can get your tummy back in shape. When you diet the main thing you need to watch is your fat intake because it seems that most of the fat will settle around your stomach. One of the best things to do is Isometric exercises which is just sucking in the stomach. You can do this several times each day while you are doing dishes or cooking or whatever. I lost over 60 pounds and exercised as I was losing the weight.

Exercise while you are loosing weight. Added muscle strengthe will help you loose weight faster.
