How to lose weight?!


Question: Im 13 and i weigh 140 but dont worry im tall im 5'6 and i need a way to lose weight withou t starving myself and without throwing up i want to lose like 10 pounds and how long would it take please help

well, i know that dieting is a very hard thing to do. I seem to have been doing it all my life. You are young so its good that you want to get it off now, cuz as you get older it gets harder and harder to lose weight. A good way to shed pounds is to drink a lot of water. no soda...water. at every meal before you eat drink a whole bottle of water and then you wont eat so much because the water takes up a lot of room in your stomach. and every time you get thirsty take a sip of water, nothing else. It works believe me, and a little excerise wont hurt, no you dont have to kill yourself at the gym..i have found that just a brisk walk around the block after dinner helps a lot too. 10 lbs wont take you long. Give youself about 2 months if you do it the right way, just dont starve youself or anything cuz itll actually make you bigger. Good luck. Remember , dont give up.....
