The answer to your question is rather simple. I'm a success and lifestyle coach and I see this all the time.

Your body is lacking a few things and some healthy supplements will have you kicking that bad sweet tooth out of your life like Jet Li kicks butt!

First, if you're always hungry you have a high metabolism, that's good. So, instead of eating foods that can potentially make you fat, eat healthy, small meals 5 times per day.

Eat more protein.

After a meal, you may want to take a natural protein supplement called L-Glutamine, it helps to curb hunger and burn fat. For it to be effective you can try 2 grams (2000mg) per day.

This supplement also helps support healthy muscle tissue and your immune system.

Secondly, a great way to kill your sugar craving is with a little supplement called chromium.

There are generally to popular forms of chromium, one is chromium picolinate and the other which has been proven most effective is chromium polynicotinate.

This helps your blood sugar levels stay balanced.

Just look for the standard form of this supplement now known as Chromate.

This mineral supplement will help curb your sugar cravings.

Lastly make sure you're drinking 8 fl oz of water at least 6 to 8 times per day.

Try this and you should be fine, unless you have a serious medical problem.

For more information on these supplements see the following resource links.

You're a growing teenager and need to continuosly eat. Its normal don't sweat it.

im in the same boat but i usually eat chips not sweets.

get the fork out of your mouth and take a jog

There can be several reasons for your issue go see a doctor and don't listen to anyone else on here.

maybe thats because ur growing up or soemthing... i used to have that when i was either stressed or on vitamins.. they make you feel hungry. so i'd say go see a doctor and talk to him about this. goodluck!

craving sweets means you are lacking protein, try to eat more chicken and turkey etc..also try to eat about 5 small meals

good luck

Carry bottles of water with you. When you get an urge to eat start to drink before you know it would be full!

eat healthier things, try makeing healthier desserts and snacks
there is tons of recipe books and online recipes that can help you.
also if you can't help but eat them, then excercise everyday

hormones. blame it on that. you need a lot of willpower to combat that. if you cant, start exercising to prevent yourself from getting fat. .

temptations SUCK big time! just eat sweets in moderate amounts. at one point i found that chewing gum really worked, you chew and it tends to make you less hungry. or maybe it's just an age phase?

its all self conrol just control youself take yourmind off of it and it might help you cant expect to get an anwser for a question like that

Eat fruit instead if you're hungry. Also your blood sugar may be low, if its really serious see a doctor, you may be diabetic.

Just stop and take a moment to think before you eat a sweet, and debate whether it is really worth the long term effects.

a lot of it has to do with your hormones, but if you don't put a stop to this immediately, you're going to be not only fat but unhealthy.

YOU NEED PROTEINS. You must fill up on proteins, you will no longer feel hunger when you eat proteins. Chicken, fish and some red meat.

Sugar is your number 1 enemy in the long run.

drink two glaces of water or eny other drink if two is not enoff drink 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 ok

i know how you feel i can eat and eat and never feel "full" my advice is keep the sweets away and substitute them for the actuall thing like if you want something sugary eat fruit that has strawberries and did you know that most of the time you mistake hunger for thirst? drink lots of water and you'll feel stuffed and it may feel nasty but you'll get used to drinking water

It may have to do with hormones. Phases like once a month? Haha. If you want sweets, eat strawberries, or other fruit. Honey is also a really good replacement sweet. Make sure the package says "pure" and "raw," or else the honey has no health benefits and is bad for you. Also, drink a lot of water, it'll fill you up. This will take some self-discipline, but hang in there. I'm craving strawberries now...

Frankly- I think you may be eating because you are bored. Get some exercise. Try to find an activity you wouyld enjoy like tae-bo or dancing. Also when you get the urge to put something in your mouth- try sugarless gum. I feel your pain.

maybe you should drink lots of water so that you will feel full...

You overeat, I smoke, others drink too much...everyone
has their own hangup. How you can stop?.....well, all the
self-help books, support groups, counseling sessions,
etc will do no good until you make up your mind to stop it.
Making up your mind to stop does not mean recognizing
that you need to stop...it means what it says....stop.

You've become addicted to the sweet rush that it gives you.

You need to break out of that by using food as a source of physical sustenance and not as a pleasure artifice.

Sounds simply yet it is not easy to do but there is no other explanation to it if you think about it.

Also it doesn't help that we are constantly bombarded with the notion that food IS a source of pleasure--just look at all the ads--treat it the same way you would any other addiction.

Well .it could be worms insie your tummy .............try detoxing yourself............some bacteria in the gut causes a craving for sweets which isunhealthy.andif eating sweets is a must try the artificial sugars drink tonnes n tonnes of water to kill your appetite ..........or simple light veg soups

listen! DO NOT GET OBSESSED WITH THIS!!!you can eat as much as u want as long as its healthy and u get some, even if its a little, exersise, as for sweets do not be afraid to eat them as long as its not too much. i also suggest looking at a food guide.

You know what, I had that problem before. What stopped me was when I learned how to appreciate the foods that I craved.. and when I started researching health and nutrition. One of my favorite deserts is cheescake with chocoloate syrip dripped over it. I RARELY eat that. But I use to eat it all the time. Now that I have learned to appreciate that desert, I rarely eat it because I want to savor every flavor. As far as anything else that isn't really a desert but a sweet treat.... it really isn't good for us at all... so when I see that stuff... I want it of course.... but I tell myself,..."That is so bad for my health". Don't think "It is too fatening" because that isn't enough. Our health is more important than a few extra pounds. Anyway, you will get into a good habit and eventually become stronger. It works.... trust me. Give yourself a cheat day..... once a week.... and eventually you will slowly detoux all that sugar out of your body and eating a treat once a week will be ok... and it will taste amazing! One more thing.... the more sweets you eat, the more you mess with your hormones... and imbalances. The more imbalanced you are, the more sugar you crave!!!!

I always discourage myself on eating too much like I always say to myself that if I keep eating at this rtae I will become obesse... Just try to have a little more self control... Pray to Gd to help you out IF you believe in him that is...

Don't eat junk food. Drink lots of water. Take up a sport.

You need a better diet. If you just eat sweets, you'll always be hungry. If you eat more complete meals (meat, salad, veggies and/or a strachy food like pasta), you won't be as hungry and you won't gain weight. Activity also helps. I find if I eat something after doing activity for an hour or so, I'm not hungry for quite awhile.

You might have diabetes. I'm not a doctor, and I haven't given you any tests, so don't consider that a diagnosis. But unbearable cravings for sweets is common among diabetics. It happens because a diabetics cells aren't being fed because of a lack of insulin that processes sugar so that your cells can absorb it. If you think you might have diabetes check out my first link (to the American Diabetes Association).

Whether or not you are diabetic, you can calm your cravings by eating plenty of fiber. Also, your cravings may be due to a lack of iron, which your body needs to process oxygen in the blood so that it can break down food for energy. So get plenty of iron, as well. I'd say you should slowly increase your fiber intake to around 30 grams per day. Count your fiber intake in a normal day first, and then increase it by 1 every other day until you're up to 30. To get the iron, start taking a multivitamin, or eat a little more red meat or shell fish.
