Your diet- Well you have the protein down. I hope you are drinking water. Your physique discription sounds healthy to me. I think your diet will help you lose weight but don't forget to pay attention to your workout as well. Muscle ways more than fat so don't forget that when you get on the scale. And don't forget to remind yourself if you feel healthy and not losing weight your body maybe happy where it is. To many people focus on the scale!

This seems good. One thing I would recommend changing is moving the eggs to breakfast and not eating anything right before you go to bed.

Might also want to add some roughage like lettuce or spinach to meal 2.

Most important thing is that you find a routine that you can stick to.

It looks pretty good. I think a variety would definitely help though - dark leafy greens, some carrots here n there, different fruits - oranges, apples, blueberries. I didn't see any dairy in there - fat free milk or yogurt...Variety will help you stick to it without getting bored & it will also help ensure you are getting all your vitamins. Why so many egg whites before bed..just curious. It actually looks like it might not be enough if you are 6 ft and working out a lot. if you notice you've hit a wall & stop losing weight then try adding a little more food. running will definitely help you lose weight. good luck!
