Can you get fat...?!


Question: If you drink or eat things small things with lots of calories? Like a muffin smaller than size of my palm but 500 calories each.

I just ate 4 of those muffins which is about 2000 calories. Is that equivalent to 4 big macs?

3500 calories equals 1 pound of fat. It's not the size of the food you eat, but the amount of calories you take in. You're body will burn calories throughout the day, but the calories can add up over a few days/weeks.

Tomorrow you WONT be fater tomorow morning just cause u ate muffins!

One big mac has about 540 and stop eating those damn muffins.

well calories wise yes, but you will still be hungry beacasue calories only keep count of your calories not hunger you can eat 4 big macs and only have the same amount of calories that the small muffins have in them you will be over hunger beacasue you have more food to esat but if you eat a brownie (300 calories) then eat a 300 calorie burger, which one do you think would fill you up??? the burger beacasue it has more food than the brownie the burger would still be more food but the same amount of calories

lol, no, i'm just kidding. i'm pretty sure that 4 big macs are = to like double or maybe even triple that. i wouldn't worry.

It seems to me it is what you do after eating that causes fat. If you sit and watch three movies after eating like I do well yes. You will have to eat apples , oranges or celery all day now. But if after you ate the muffins you went out to the Saturday night dance and danced with a new friend. And then tomorrow you skipped two meals then you will lose weight. It all depends on what you do afterwards. Plan on sports or a trip or anything to keep you excited for each week. The food will take care of itself if you are active.

Yes, because a pound is 3500 calories so if you eat little things with lots of calories you can get fat.
