How can i lose 30lbs in 8wks..what exercises and what food..meal replacements...!


Question: One hour of cardio four days a week.Mix it up running arobics at a gym spin class or cycling outside.If you have a gym membership this will help on the arobics spin class if the offer it there and the arobics also if they offer yoga take it this will balance out you traning with proper strecthing and muscle relaxation.Also 30 mins of weight training upper and lower body besure to strecth before you even start because if it been a while or if you never have been to a gym you will get sore.Do light weight high reps.Example 20 lbs. 4 x15 on curls bench press and shoulder press look these up as for how to do them and what ever else you want to do for the upper body
Lower body you can do lunges calve raises leg lifts and manual squats with no weight.your going for trim not massive muscle. Remember to do some reserch on these things I have listed for you.I dont have time to list everything sorry.

Now for what you eat.No soft drinks 100% pure juices no junk food or fast food veggies fresh meat with less fat in them no pork no high sugar stuff no high salt stuff weat breads eat food with very little additives in them drink plenty of water and gatorade for your workouts sugar free crystal light and such for a variaty of stuff to drink.Now here is the fun part take a day say Saturday and eat what you want in very strict moderation.Like a soft drink candy bar and such.As a reward for your hard work but dont go over board. if you do all this stuff you will lose the weight in 8 weeks thats 5 lbs a week which is 40 lbs.This means you can do it good luck to you hope this helps you.I know this isnt everything but you need to do some looking yourself because I cant sit here and tell you everything that will help you.That will take to long.

30 pounds in 8 weeks is extreme. you would need to consult with a nutritionist and a personal trainer to do it safely. don't make yourself really ill!
