Weight problem IM FAT?!


Question: okay so yah lol i am 4'11 and 13 and i weight 145!!! i went to the doctor for a check up and she just said watch the calories WHAT THE HECK!! i need a good plan to lose weight F-A-S-T not like unhealthy way but not in like years!! i am willing to push my self to the limited if any one knows how to lose about 50 pounds in around 3 m. if that no healthy then give me adive how to lose the calories !!! thanks !!!!

Lower your amount of carbs. Remove pasta, breads etc and sugar. Do not excessively remove your carbs or it will make you sick. Eat smaller meals and add 2 snacks a day. Make your last meal before 8 pm and your last snack around 9 or 9:30. Go to bed early and start your meals early in the morning. This spurs your metabolism. Add lots of fresh green foods too. Add a dash of exercise and ....voila.

Weight lost quickly is unstable and will usually creep right back up. Losing weight slowly is an investment in weight stability. You may see a lot of ads of people who have lost weight on tv, but 95% of people who lose weight regain all of it plus more. Be patient and lose the weight slowly.

why are you in such a hurry to lose weight in 3 months? Not eating carbs seems to work pretty well, but you should look into some diets. and start exercising. I don't think you would be able to lose that much weight in such a small amount of time. Good luck!!
